Regards RonaldSears.Realtor@gmail.com I noticed that the Owner will only consider “CASH OR CONVENTIONAL ONLY”. My client has FHA and wonders what is wrong with the home that FHA is unacceptable?
Usually that means roof damage. Is that the case here?
