When you ask a question of a manager while you are in a motorized wheelchair, one of yours AT HOME DEPOT, where is the section to pick up a paid order, and she tells you to come right this way and then you hear, someone say next please, so you go to the voice that said that and then you notice there was someone else there behind you that really WAS NEXT, so you motion that person to come up and take your spot, you have done the right thing, however, and you take this to heart at home depot that I never ever write, GOOGLE, YELP, FB, BBB, PISSED CONSUMER, THE RIP OFF REPORT, OR THE CONSUMERIST REVIEWS.
Why as I have press passes, privileges, and I always WRITE ALL REVIEWS ON ALL COMPANIES THAT are not intelligent enough to not hire people that do not accept the AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT, A FEDERAL LAW, you have A MORON THAT IS SO STUPID TO SAY WHILE I AM IN A MOTORIZED WHEELCHAIR THAT I MUST GO TO THE BACK OF THE LINE, OF WHICH SINCE I WAS UNABLE TO ACTUALLY MOVE WITHOUT THAT WHEELCHAIR for that MORON OF AN EMPLOYEE, FIRST TO QUESTION WHICH LADY THAT WAS A MANAGER, AS IF I WAS LYING TO HIM, but even when I specified that I was CLEARLY VISIBLE IN THAT WHEELCHAIR TO STILL even after I stated as a question, CAN’T I WAIT HERE UNTIL IT IS MY TURN, and your MORON, yeah that is right your MORON, SAID NO.
I AM WRITING A SIMILAR review to the one for JOSEFINA AT WALMART.COM. Please note, that once I have been attacked by anyone that what I write when that person that does the attacking when I normally write. You are QUITE FORTUNATE THAT I TOLD SCOTT that I write that one word mainly when any company hires a MORON whom attacks me.

Tonight I called the customer service number for Walmart 800-Walmart and I spoke to Josefina, whom could not find my account several times as she asked me to give her a telephone number that I had years ago and I exclaimed that I have had my number which is the number on my Walmart account for longer than I have had my Walmart account.
She repetitiously said she could not find my account at all, but to be on the safe side MAYBE SHE COULD NOT, MAYBE SHE WAS NOT BEING A KAREN, however to continue this in the next paragraph, I set up Josefina by telling her, by the way they RECORD ALL CALLS AT WALMART’S CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE, don’t they? Asked and answered. YES THEY DO.
Unbeknownst to Ms KAREN AKA JOSEFINA, I contacted Josh, at the Port Charlotte Walmart 941.625.2399, the Co-manager directly under Scott the store manager at the store, whom once asked me why do I write on my web pages that I think anyone could be a PEDOPHILE? or a PAEDOPHILE? (THIS IS HOW THEY SPELL IT IN THE UK).
My response to Scott was that since I get physically affected by my own misinterpretation of what has occurred many times however jumping back to JOSEFINA (I WILL FINISH UP ABOUT MY CONVERSATION WITH SCOTT LATER) unbeknownst to JOSEFINA, until the very last moment when I had Josh, Scott’s Co-manager on the phone, in which JOSEFINA was unruly and belligerent even to JOSH as she even when I repeated my last order number and verified everything about my account even to JOSH, JOSEFINA whom was on a recorded line even while talking to JOSH, she stated several times that she still could not find my account, TO WHICH EVEN WHILE Josh WAS ON THE LINE THAT SHE WAS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH.
NO, I did not call her a liar, but here and now, I sure as hell am.
I MADE 6 hate crime complaints to the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (DOJ) as I did tell JOSEFINA THAT I WAS LEGALLY BLIND, yet she went out her way to repetitiously attack me and since I can 100% prove I get physically affected many times by my own misterpretation of what has occurred, HOWEVER, JOSH was on the conference call with JOSEFINA AND it is one thing to IMAGINE I am being attacked and THEN ACTUALLY BEING ATTACKED WITH A WITNESS WATCHING WHAT IS OCCURRING AS it is actually happening,
What HOME DEPOT? ASSUMING YOU COULD THINK, that If I was so incapacitated to not be ABLE TO WALK AND USE ONE OF YOUR MOTORIZED WHEEL CHAIRS, that as I told WALMART’S CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE THAT I WAS LEGALLY BLIND, that I would drive any vehicle or a truck necessary to TAKE THAT BATHROOM VANITY HOME WITH ME? One of the two people remodeling my house was there with me watching your JERKOFF MORON ATTACK ME.
On that conference call, JOSH looked up my account without even so much as a hard attempt, he was able to find my account within seconds, yet JOSEFINA would not acknowledge that my account was even real.
See, in the DOJ’S LAWS FOR HATE CRIMES, since I also have as part of my FEDERALLY PROTECTED NON-DANGEROUS TO ME OR TO ANYONE DISABILITIES, OF RELIVING OF WHAT HAS OCCURRED OVER AND over again repetitiously, as if it happened 5 minutes ago. It really is one thing to misinterpret what has occurred but the DOJ specifies that it really does not MATTER, THAT JOSH came in and fixed the problem (more on this later as to finish also on the Scott conversation, what?, I am not Schizophrenic, I have Aspergers Syndrome the highest functioning form of Autism like an Autistic Savant on Steroids).
The DOJ states that there is no such thing as no harm or foul when any person comes in and fixes the problem at hand. The DOJ specifies that whomever precipitated a act directed at a distinct group of people like being LEGALLY BLIND OR BEING AN INSULIN DEPENDENT DIABETIC, REGARDLESS OF MY FUCKING LANGUAGE DISABILITY, no one gets to chose what ADA accepted disabilities that anyone has, which is a HATE CRIME IN THE USA.
So Scott, keep up with me now, Scott asked me why I write that I think all people or companies are PEDOPHILES? OR AS THEY SPELL IT IN THE UK PAEDOPHILE? WHEN I WRITE THAT ON MY WEB PAGES ibeleiveintheada2013 (a lot of parenthesis, no there is no typo here as I purposely reversed the E and the I in the title word believe). My response to Scott was that I think that anybody that goes out of their way to attack me is one or both of those forms of the word PEDOPHILE? AND THEN I POST IT on my web pages.
Now onto the 2nd part of that previous parentheses ed section, Josh was trying it seemed to be pulling non-existent chickens teeth from JOSEFINA to be cooperative to JOSH, if not to me. See, with aspergers whether OR NOT IF ANY ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING, but one key facet of ASPERGERS, is that ALL THAT HAVE IT ARE totally INFLEXIBLE, so if you steal one penny one cent from them or that you steal one million dollars from them to ALL THAT HAVE ASPERGERS you are still a THIEF.
I was calling, as there were two missing items from my order plus one extra item that I did not order. Regardless that I was ordering candles even though I have a WHOLE HOUSE GENERATOR, MY WIFE, TOLD ME TO MAKE THAT order to walmart and I was also calling as they took an initial $57.60 on hold from my credit card, yet they did not give me what I purchased plus I ordered a rush/EXPRESS of $9.94 of which, Now I am going to suggest something out LOUD, I AM QUITE CURIOUS AS TO HOW SHE COULD FIND MY ACCOUNT TO GIVE ME my express fee back yet she could not find my account.
I always hit that I want no SUBSTITUTIONS, and it was the first time I added a tip on my charge card. I normally require a signature to prevent any of their drivers from leaving cold stuff at my door, or to hand the cartons of eggs that I purchase directly into my hands so they take care of what they deliver to our house. How dare they and the Walmart customer Service REPRESENTATIVES like JOSEFINA think they can play games with WALMART’S CUSTOMERS. $2.48 PLUS TAX THAT WAS this was ALL about, YET SHE, JOSEFINA, and most of the drivers from this store think it is cute to break our purchases or leave them out in the hot 116-degree heat index four times in the last two weeks.
So my entry on my web pages is no, I don’t think that JOSEPHINA is a PEDOPHILE? HOWEVER MY TITLE FOR JOSEFINA AND WALMART TOLL FREE CUSTOMER SERVICE get someone to take her place?
