Staying close the point. I need all around labor for dirty grungy work. I will pay starting out up to $25 an hour. I have all the tools gardening and power tools for any job that I need done. This ad here is the 2nd one I have posted in a week. A few key points, I will treat you and all that are here doing work with respect provided you accept a few of my rules, of which if you do good work and listen to all that I ask as I will be working along side with you then, I will pay more than what the ad is stating, however, I said I had another ad like this already and I am blunt when I talk to anyone. If this ad gets flagged I will pay the $25 fee and put it in the JOB OFFERRED SECTION as although people can flag a paid ad, it is extremely hard to get rid of one as I know As I have tried before.

My rules are simple. I ask for a local police officer to be at my house, a real live cop with a badge and a gun, to look over the licenses or i d’s that people have. It really to me does not matter if you have had a criminal background as it does not mean you are a bad worker. I truly wish to avoid having anyone have an OUT OF STATE FELONY WARRANT ON THEM, as they will get arrested by the local police as that has happened before.

The previous ad was to do quality work, however due to the following paragraph, it must be said in this ad. I will not call everybody back. I will though be professional enough to respond to all that contact me, however JUST BECAUSE I am saying I need labor work done on a ongoing basis, for maybe 20-30 hours or a little more, does not mean after I have made one attempt, not 2, 3, or more times to call you, and you do not pick up the call from a blocked private or restricted number, that I will call you back. This is NOT A JOB OFFER. After the police officer vets you, then I will feel comfortable having you and others do work, that as I said in the beginning is dirty and grungy however you may like to pull weeds and do other outside work. To each his/her/or trans own. I really do not care. This ad is not an offer for you and I to hook up or have a DATE. BTW, this is a legitimate job post. I am not looking to hook-up with anybody or for anybody to do anything personal for me, or for that matter to me. I am married to my wife, a woman. Several people have stated as much in their responses to me. Please, if you are looking for a friend, then this is not the place you want to be. I ONLY want you to do legitimate work and another BTW, I specified that this was a garage clean out(I had three people here on Sunday January 21st, 2024 and my wife after they were here cleaning out the garage for over 3 hours sat them down and made them coffee and breakfast.), but that 95% of the stuff coming out was going back in, in an orderly fashion. Please do not ask me what type of work that we are going to do as I wrote this ad to be as clear as a sunny non-rainy day. The stuff in the garage is coming out. Then most of it is going back in, simply put.
