Mr. Levitin,

I received information from Marilyn Garlick, Senior Executive Assistant for the City of North Port, that you would like information concerning a fence variance.   Attached is the fee sheet which shows a breakdown of the fees that are required to file a variance petition.   The total is $962.00.  The process is as follows: 

Ø       You shall first file a written request and submit the appropriate fee.

Ø       The petition shall be publically noticed in the newspaper.

Ø       City staff will review the request and write a staff report with recommendation, which will be sent to the Zoning Board of Appeals for consideration.

Ø       The petition will be scheduled for a public hearing with the Zoning Board of Appeals (You will be notified of this meeting date).

Ø       The petition must meet the 5 criteria below in order to be granted.

1.       That there are exceptional or extraordinary conditions or circumstances that are inherent to the property in question and that do not apply generally to the other nearby properties in the same zoning district.

2.       That the exceptional or extraordinary conditions or circumstances are not the result of actions of the applicant taken subsequent to the adoption of this chapter (53). Any action taken by an applicant pursuant to lawfully adopted regulations preceding this chapter will not be considered self-created.

3.       That such variance is the minimum variance that will make possible the reasonable use of the land, building or structure.

4.       That the granting of the variance will not be injurious to the neighborhood or otherwise detrimental to the public welfare.

5.       That the condition or situation of the specific piece of property, or the intended use of said property, for which the variance is sought is not of so general or recurrent a nature as to make it more reasonable and practical to amend these zoning regulations.

     Thank you for your time Barbara.  There is another way to do this which is plant hundreds of pre-grown bamboo or any bush or tree high enough to block the windows of the Winnebago/whatever that overlooks my yard.  I will not need a variance then.  I am not confrontational unless pushed several times.  At that point, anyone that knows me, knows that I do not back down from anyone including “GOD”.  I keep extremely good records to the extent of emails going back 19 years.

     If the owners of the property next to me will not move the Winnebago, then let them complain to city hall about their blocked view into my back yard.  As you said, then that information will be brought to the attention of the newspaper and the public.  I always love/relish dealing with public officials.  The best thing that I like is that like a public corporation, when a problem/situation occurs and gets high enough (president/CEO/CFO, etc) to the powers that be (in your case the court of public appeal), with enough publicity, those powers that be always not a %, but always want the problem to go away.  I on the other hand, do not care about settling as much as I care about being right and the ability to rub that persons-companies nose in the situation. 

     Apologies are never accepted with me unless the person/company/public entity is sincere.  Pass this email onto Chief Lewis and Danny Schultz.  It seems that Danny was mistaken in the thought that my mom used to tell me about “that you get more flies with honey than you get with vinegar”.  Look closely at that statement.  My mom did not say you do not get no flies with vinegar, but you get less.

     Change is the price for adaptability.

Pet insurance that covers pre-existing conditions

A pre-existing condition is any injury, illness, or irregularity noticed by you or your veterinarian before the end of your waiting period, even if your pet never went to see the veterinarian for it.

Does pet insurance cover pre-existing conditions?

Curable pre-existing conditions in pets

If your cat or dog has been diagnosed with or shown signs/symptoms of the following conditions prior to enrolling in an Embrace Pet Insurance plan any related recurrence will be excluded for 12 months from the date of the last episode:

• Respiratory infections
• Urinary tract/bladder infections

• Vomiting, diarrhea, & other gastrointestinal disorders

Incurable pre-existing conditions in pets

If your cat or dog has been diagnosed with or shown signs/symptoms of the following conditions prior to enrolling in an Embrace plan they (and any related conditions) will be permanently excluded under your pet insurance policy:

• Any orthopedic condition, as well as any orthopedic illness or injury on the opposite side of a prior injury. (See example below.)
• Allergies
• Cancer
• Diabetes

• Lipomas or skin lumps
• Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism
• Urinary or bladder crystals or blockages
• Other chronic conditions

Are bilateral conditions covered with pet insurance for pre-existing conditions?

A bilateral condition is a condition or disease that affects both sides of the body, such as hip dysplasia or a cruciate ligament tear. Because a pet runs a higher risk of the same condition on the other side of the body, if a pet has a pre-existing instance of a bilateral condition, we are not able to cover the condition on the other side. However, if a pet is diagnosed with one covered bilateral condition, we will also cover the condition if it occurs on the other side.

Examples of how pre-existing conditions might affect a dor or cat’s pet insurance coverage:

• Your dog tore her right cruciate ligament before you bought your policy. She then tears the left cruciate ligament 2 years into the policy. The left cruciate tear is a pre-existing condition.

When you ask a question of a manager while you are in a motorized wheelchair, one of yours AT HOME DEPOT, where is the section to pick up a paid order, and she tells you to come right this way and then you hear, someone say next please, so you go to the voice that said that and then you notice there was someone else there behind you that really WAS NEXT, so you motion that person to come up and take your spot, you have done the right thing, however, and you take this to heart at home depot that I never ever write, GOOGLE, YELP, FB, BBB, PISSED CONSUMER, THE RIP OFF REPORT, OR THE CONSUMERIST REVIEWS.

Walmart Toll Free CSR JOSEFINA IS NOT CUSTOMER CENTRIC

Tonight I called the customer service number for Walmart 800-Walmart and I spoke to Josefina, whom could not find my account several times as she asked me to give her a telephone number that I had years ago and I exclaimed that I have had my number which is the number on my Walmart account for longer than I have had my Walmart account.

She repetitiously said she could not find my account at all, but to be on the safe side MAYBE SHE COULD NOT, MAYBE SHE WAS NOT BEING A KAREN, however to continue this in the next paragraph, I set up Josefina by telling her, by the way they RECORD ALL CALLS AT WALMART’S CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE, don’t they?  Asked and answered.  YES THEY DO.

Unbeknownst to Ms KAREN AKA JOSEFINA, I contacted Josh, at the Port Charlotte Walmart 941.625.2399, the Co-manager directly under Scott the store manager at the store, whom once asked me why do I write on my web pages that I think anyone could be a PEDOPHILE? or a PAEDOPHILE? (THIS IS HOW THEY SPELL IT IN THE UK).

My response to Scott was that since I get physically affected by my own misinterpretation of what has occurred many times however jumping back to JOSEFINA (I WILL FINISH UP ABOUT MY CONVERSATION WITH SCOTT LATER) unbeknownst to JOSEFINA, until the very last moment when I had Josh, Scott’s Co-manager on the phone, in which JOSEFINA was unruly and belligerent even to JOSH as she even when I repeated my last order number and verified everything about my account even to JOSH, JOSEFINA whom was on a recorded line even while talking to JOSH, she stated several times that she still could not find my account, TO WHICH EVEN WHILE Josh WAS ON THE LINE THAT SHE WAS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH. 

NO, I did not call her a liar, but here and now, I sure as hell am.

I MADE 6 hate crime complaints to the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (DOJ) as I did tell JOSEFINA THAT I WAS LEGALLY BLIND, yet she went out her way to repetitiously attack me and since I can 100% prove I get physically affected many times by my own misterpretation of what has occurred, HOWEVER, JOSH was on the conference call with JOSEFINA AND it is one thing to IMAGINE I am being attacked and THEN ACTUALLY BEING ATTACKED WITH A WITNESS WATCHING WHAT IS OCCURRING AS it is actually happening,

What HOME DEPOT? ASSUMING YOU COULD THINK, that If I was so incapacitated to not be ABLE TO WALK AND USE ONE OF YOUR MOTORIZED WHEEL CHAIRS, that as I told WALMART’S CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE THAT I WAS LEGALLY BLIND, that I would drive any vehicle or a truck necessary to TAKE THAT BATHROOM VANITY HOME WITH ME?  One of the two people remodeling my house was there with me watching your JERKOFF MORON ATTACK ME.

On that conference call, JOSH looked up my account without even so much as a hard attempt, he was able to find my account within seconds, yet JOSEFINA would not acknowledge that my account was even real.

See, in the DOJ’S LAWS FOR HATE CRIMES, since I also have as part of my FEDERALLY PROTECTED NON-DANGEROUS TO ME OR TO ANYONE DISABILITIES, OF RELIVING OF WHAT HAS OCCURRED OVER AND over again repetitiously, as if it happened 5 minutes ago.  It really is one thing to misinterpret what has occurred but the DOJ specifies that it really does not MATTER, THAT JOSH came in and fixed the problem (more on this later as to finish also on the Scott conversation, what?, I am not Schizophrenic, I have Aspergers Syndrome the highest functioning form of Autism like an Autistic Savant on Steroids).

The DOJ states that there is no such thing as no harm or foul when any person comes in and fixes the problem at hand.  The DOJ specifies that whomever precipitated a act directed at a distinct group of people like being LEGALLY BLIND OR BEING AN INSULIN DEPENDENT DIABETIC, REGARDLESS OF MY FUCKING LANGUAGE DISABILITY, no one gets to chose what ADA accepted disabilities that anyone has, which is a HATE CRIME IN THE USA.

So Scott, keep up with me now, Scott asked me why I write that I think all people or companies are PEDOPHILES? OR AS THEY SPELL IT IN THE UK PAEDOPHILE? WHEN I WRITE THAT ON MY WEB PAGES ibeleiveintheada2013 (a lot of parenthesis, no there is no typo here as I purposely reversed the E and the I in the title word believe).  My response to Scott was that I think that anybody that goes out of their way to attack me is one or both of those forms of the word PEDOPHILE? AND THEN I POST IT on my web pages.

Now onto the 2nd part of that previous parentheses ed section, Josh was trying it seemed to be pulling non-existent chickens teeth from JOSEFINA to be cooperative to JOSH, if not to me.  See, with aspergers whether OR NOT IF ANY ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING, but one key facet of ASPERGERS, is that ALL THAT HAVE IT ARE totally INFLEXIBLE, so if you steal one penny one cent from them or that you steal one million dollars from them to ALL THAT HAVE ASPERGERS you are still a THIEF.

I was calling, as there were two missing items from my order plus one extra item that I did not order.  Regardless that I was ordering candles even though I have a WHOLE HOUSE GENERATOR, MY WIFE, TOLD ME TO MAKE THAT order to walmart and I was also calling as they took an initial $57.60 on hold from my credit card, yet they did not give me what I purchased plus I ordered a rush/EXPRESS of $9.94 of which, Now I am going to suggest something out LOUD, I AM QUITE CURIOUS AS TO HOW SHE COULD FIND MY ACCOUNT TO GIVE ME my express fee back yet she could not find my account.

I always hit that I want no SUBSTITUTIONS, and it was the first time I added a tip on my charge card.  I normally require a signature to prevent any of their drivers from leaving cold stuff at my door, or to hand the cartons of eggs that I purchase directly into my hands so they take care of what they deliver to our house.  How dare they and the Walmart customer Service REPRESENTATIVES like JOSEFINA think they can play games with WALMART’S CUSTOMERS.  $2.48 PLUS TAX THAT WAS this was ALL about, YET SHE, JOSEFINA, and most of the drivers from this store think it is cute to break our purchases or leave them out in the hot 116-degree heat index four times in the last two weeks.

So my entry on my web pages is no, I don’t think that JOSEPHINA is a PEDOPHILE? HOWEVER MY TITLE FOR JOSEFINA AND WALMART TOLL FREE CUSTOMER SERVICE get someone to take her place?

So you do not pick up blocked, private, or restricted calls.  Fine.  Did you know that there are over 78 small and one large business around the world called of all things one or another variation to these 2 words, PARADISE COMPUTERS? 

I WROTE AN in depth ARTICLE, and posted the name and telephone numbers to every one of those places that have the name PARADISE COMPUTERS somewhere in their title.

I also wrote and posted that you have, PICK UP ON THIS KEY POINT FOR LATER, that you have every right to not to pick up calls where you cannot see who is calling you.

On that note you walk in to any of the small and large box stores like Lowe’s or Home Depot, Ace, or True Value (by the way to all of you people that are brand specific, Ace and True Value have been the same company for almost 18 years.  Just in case, you were not aware of what I just stated and you had your bubble just burst, too bad as you can thank Paradise Computers of Venice, Florida for the REVEAL, AS I HINTED, ALLUDED, TO A KEY POINT EARLIER.) You have just walked into one of those box stores and said to anyone that just seems to have a business remodeling, lawn service, or whatever, while they are shopping there and you say to them, “Sir/Maa’m, may I get one of your business cards.”

There is NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM, a supposition, based in fact, that will say unless you tell me who you are or reveal the reason that you are asking for one of their business cards, THAT YOU CAN GO TO HELL OR ANY PLACE where they, the business owner, already knows that, by giving out a business card does not guarantee them any business, however, by BLOWING OFF A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER, that in the LITERAL SENSE, THEY ARE SAYING FUCK YOU, to that potential customer.

Hence, blocking, or privatizing, or restricting your calls when you call anyone.  By the way lets take this from the KAREN standpoint, on how business owners, don’t want to be bothered by the numerous, SPAM CALLERS.  TOO BAD, AS THAT FALLS UNDER regardless of the time wasted, which falls under the cost of doing business.

Now for you PARADISE COMPUTERS of Venice Florida, all of this is somewhat pent up, as I did several years ago, call you dANIEL, and I was met with caller, please UNBLOCK YOUR CALL.  So I went to another company that does not have those restrictions from me to do business with them.

Sad thing, danny, not capitalized as my respect for you went out of the window, when I wrote this article.

See I suggested that ALL OF THE COMPANIES THAT HAVE THE NAME OF PARADISE IN THE TITLES, IN THE WORLD might be just like you BUDDY, and I made sure all of them are getting free advertising (SEE AT END), however you, bozo, are the one that is responsible for my not getting the service I required as the 45 minute call I made yesterday was to someone that at the end of the call, stated THAT HE ONLY WORKS ON APPLE PRODUCTS.
