By copy of this I am alearting my client of your Owner’s stipulation.
Regards RonaldSears.Realtor@gmail.com I noticed that the Owner will only consider “CASH OR CONVENTIONAL ONLY”. My client has FHA and wonders what is wrong with the home that FHA is unacceptable?
Usually that means roof damage. Is that the case here?

What at the the DOJ, I may not by most standards & federally protected disabilities be considered proifessional but my agent Ron, is & he obeys the laws in the USA. sent the following via text to Ron:It is illegal discrimination to take any of the following actions based on race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, familial status, or national origin: Refuse to make a mortgage loan or provide other financial assistance for a dwelling.
