After I verified my email I was given a serious of questions to qualify for a survey. I was on this survey for about 30 mins. Got to the end “almost finished” then they proceed to ask basic questions age, income, education. Screen changes and states “SORRY YOU DON’T QUALIFY”!!!!! WAIT WHAT BUT I FINISHED. This was my very first survey and most likely my last. I’ve done surveys for years from other sites and this has NEVER happened. Not 30 mins worth of my time, and finished to be told this.

I earned well over the amount of points necessary to redeem for a reward but, not only have I still NEVER received the reward, but I also have NEVER gotten so much as a reply from anyone at customer support, who I have contacted repeatedly, for well over 4 months!! However, I still manage to receive numerous daily email’s from them, notifying me of more survey’s that are available for me to take. I am way BEYOND frustrated; I worked hard to earn all of those points, I kept up my end of the bargain by truthfully answering each and every survey and I feel like I have been completely taken advantage of because MySoapBox has certainly NOT keep up their end of the bargain.

I contacted MySoapBox about their new policy of shutting you out with “Rate Limit Exceeded”. I received an answer quoting a California law requiring them to have this policy to protect accounts. You are shut out after 2 failed attempts. Now here is the warning for everyone so you do not assume the website has a typo as I did—when Soap Box says a survey is ZERO points, they mean it! I thought for sure it was a misprint and took a survey and I got ZERO. So they are “honest” in that they say you will get ZERO so beware when they say ZERO they mean ZERO!!!

I am disappointed and outraged by their bad faith.
I did surveys regularly, I reached 25000 points and when I tried to claim my reward I cannot.
when I wrote to them to report the problem, they replied that they were not sure that I was human and that I needed to confirm this.
They sent me an email to supposedly validate my identity but there was a supposed problem.
I sent them another email but they did not reply

I have a federal social security disability, which specifies that when I get verbally brutalized like a rape, which is not only about sex, but doing something against my wishes like this unsubscribe request in which I know by the way I also have tourette syndrome and aspergers unlike schizophrenia, I get physically affected like a cut can not from bleeding to death but rather sepsis can kill a Hemophiliac, which whomever precipitated that RAPE against me is guilty of a potential HATE CRIME, A CRIMINAL ACT WHICH CARRIES A MINIMUM OF two years in jail per aspect of that hate crime and a minimum of a $100,000.00 fine and since I have a new 1^st of its kind disability which specifies I get physically affected by the pieces of shit motherfuckers you are, as another company I sent this to said in their first response to me that they found what I am writing to you as I did for they disturbing and when I told them that I made HATE CRIME ALLEGATIONS TO THE US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, as I am a part of six(6) distinct groups, they said like you that it would take 7-10 days to remove me from their list, after I made those hate crime complaints, they removed my email that very day.

I have reported you 2 ebay 4 selling fraudulent items.  That is real cute that in your title of your listing you have the word “NEW” when your item will go out of date this month or very close to going out of date.  Others may buy stuff like this but you made me waste my time by viewing your ad since I do not.

If there are any PUBLIX grocery stores where you live, then you already know that they do not match Walmarts or AMAZONS prices.  Walmart & AMAZON are always trying to one up each other, while PUBLIX just chugs along evenly and consistently growing. 

Publix’s corporate management and offices will not acknowledge any of the following:  Remember the stories on how Walt Disney sent his loyal employees to Florida, to purchase from practically anyone that had acreage, but in cognito, so the local yokels would not be able to see that the GREAT WALT DISNEY was behind all of those land purchases?  Look it up.    

What if there was a grocery chain as profitable as Publix that bought every single piece of land and sometimes a building along with it, that A & P owned after they were out of business jeffy at AMAZON, all 7100 locations. So to the review of the salt McCormick Sea Salt Grinder, 2.12 oz, it was a great product but I would prefer to use a coupon on the buy one and a coupon on the get one free when PUBLIX sold McCormick Sea Salt Grinder, 2.12 oz for BOGO. 

AMAZON is a great company, but unlike Bed Bath and Beyond which most likely all of them will be out of business within 3 years, if you do not have your coupons at the point of purchase, PUBLIX like all retailers has up to 60-90 days that if you bring your receipt in, they will give you cash for the coupons you forgot to bring in the first place. 

Instead of getting reported to the FLORIDA attorney generals office with that gallon water situation, PUBLIX still has that rule that if any item, like a $75 rib roast has the wrong price on it from an ad, PUBLIX will give you the item for free, but if you are buying 2 or more of that item, PUBLIX will only give you THE FIRST ONE for free.  Amazon I know you will not publish this and you will Censor it so I just posted this entry on MY WEB PAGES
