They installed a whole house RO system. After a couple of weeks, the issues started and they NEVER resolved them. After not being able to fix their system, they put chlorine in it. My next load of laundry was ruined as everything was bleached. More attempts… still couldn’t fix it. After 6 weeks, Ted said he would no longer honor the warranty. Very incompetent and horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and use a company that knows what they are doing.

We bought the system Dyco recommended soon after we bought our house. We have nasty well water, and the new system worked – but only very briefly. Ted also promised us a new RO spigot to match our kitchen faucet, but never delivered so we had to replace the kitchen faucet at our expense.

We have tried to get them out for service maybe six times. They have responded to calls four of those times. Every time they come out, Ted is surly and rude, and immediately defensive. “I just had to put the system on regenerate and it’s working as designed”. Except it’s NOT. They recommended a undersized system that cannot handle our sulphur water, and we have had smelly tap water almost since the system was installed. We’ve been offered lots of excuses – your water heater is the problem. Drained, flushed, new anode (by our plumber), no change. We finally, after losing all water pressure through the system, went to a competitor for a $6000 new system, from a company that doesn’t treat their customers like an annoyance. I am excited to NEVER have to deal with Dyco again.

DO NOT use Dyco. Call any of their competitors. Their service is terrible and their recommendations did not solve our water issues.

I’m fed up with Ted’s surly attitude and his focus on avoiding blame instead of actually solving problems they created.

Arrived in the morning after rental management company notified that water wasn’t working…didn’t bother to even knock on door to say they were here or what problem they found (pump needed replacement according to them)… when attempted to find out what was wrong when they were here in the morning as i happened to see a big truck outside..was told they were leaving and would be back… showed up after 4pm no knock again… went outside to attempt to explain that we had shut off electric breaker earlier in attempt to keep pump from burning out as well as shut off water valve and was told if I didn’t go back inside they would leave without repairing.. what were we supposed to do.. had gone all day and night without water already.. extremely rude… would not recommend… never been spoken to so rudely before in my life(Call me and I will show you RUDE AS THAT ONE WORD IS PART OF MY DISABILITIES BITCH)... this company was sent by rental management company we had no choice and did nothing but inquire what was wrong how long it would take to get fixed and what occurred before thier arrival.. normal everyday stuff. . and when they left did they let us know?? of course not… was it fixed right? have no clue… have water so that’s what counts I suppose… would never ever use them for anything!!!

Very Happy With System – our well water smelled so bad – Ted gave us a great price and installed immediately . We have had system for 1 yr now and we are very satisfied.

The only suggestion I have is getting better office help.

Oct 2019 – we have been trying to get a hold of someone to fix our system for over 6 weeks- the office staff makes promises but the owned Ted never gets message- Very disorganized lack of care of current customers – employees leave often – no support – no commitments – do not stand by their product. Do not come out to service products that was installed –

At this point I wish I never got the system . Many regrets !!!!!!

I’ve been trying for two months to get them back to actually repair the system they installed and then charged $800 for repairs that didn’t work. They repeatedly say they will put us on the schedule and someone will call, but that never happens.

Three times they’ve given us a definite time to come, and then That doesn’t happen either. They seem incapable of scheduling this and have zero interest in the problem they’ve caused. I would advise everyone not to hire this company.

We had Ted come to test water for a home we were in the process of buying.

He was rude from the moment the door was opened. He was not interested in introducing himself or his helper to us. (Which he never did do.) He did call to tell us he would be late. He also seemed put out to explain any of our questions.

He made the process very difficult and uncomfortable with his grouchy behavior and overall annoyance of having to speak to us. We had to pull the information out of him.

In the end he forgot the water for testing and drove away without it. I don’t ever want to see him again.
