Due to growth, they now have an open position for an Outside Sales Representative. This position is ideal for a self-starter, sales-driven, customer centric individual who enjoys educational conversations that lead to closing sales!
Skills & Preferred Qualifications :
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Works well independently and collaboratively
General understanding of the principles of sales
Must be able to maintain focus and attention to detail
1 year experience of Call Center, Sales, Client Account Management, Admissions, Advising or similar experience – preferred
Experience with MS Office, Google Suite, Salesforce or similar software or CRM
Strong organizational skills
Reliable and Punctual
Self-Driven Professional
Computer literacy is a must!
Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities :
Prioritize opportunities and manage touch points
Represents the company for B2B and B2C outside sales; Drive activities outcomes
Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment sold by client
Respond to Client inquiries, by phone, email or text
Positive communication with the customer(s) throughout the entire process
Communicate with customer upon completion of project
Appointment call ahead
SingleOps data entry
Monitors competitive activity/products and communicates to management, accordingly.
Assists with the preparation and execution of customer events.
Monitors trends in customer’s business activities and communicates to management.
Maintains knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
Attends applicable sales training events/seminars.
Review KPI’s weekly
Other duties as assigned

This position requires mostly sedentary work, which includes but is not limited to desk work, use of a computer, desk phone and making and receiving calls, responding to emails.
