(9)Any person who, because of mental illness, intellectual disability, senility, or other physical or mental incapacity, is permanently incapable of caring for himself or herself may be permanently excused from jury service upon request if the request is accompanied by a written statement to that effect from a physician licensed pursuant to chapter 458 or chapter 459.

When you communicate with people who have an organic mental disorder, they are not likely to fully comprehend, remember, or respond appropriately to your instructions, and SOCIAL SECURITY Impairment Code 132.34: I also have a documented sub – classification of IED (Intermittent Explosive Disorder) 132.34 – Verbal antagonistic outbursts which as the term intermittent means at any possible time wherein undue pressure is given due to real or perceived provocation: The DSM-5 defines intermittent explosive disorder as “recurrent behavioral outbursts representing a failure to control aggressive impulses.” (American Psychiatric Association, 2013). Intermittent explosive disorder, which can be diagnosed in children as young as six, is characterized by a wide variety of aggressive outbursts.

Before you go all weepy on me a doctor put into writing that besides being BELLIGERENT, OBNOXIOUS, PATRONIZING, FACETIOUS, SARCASTIC, CONDESCENDING, DENIGRATING, ABUSIVE, HARASSING, my wife of 25+ years, says, that I am MALEVOLENT, SPITEFUL, VINDICTIVE, and RUDE, this doctor put into writing that besides calling me a first of its kind, new diagnosis, is that I get physically affected by whatever is said to myself, even if I misinterpret what was said and due to that misinterpretation, misunderstood what was said and all by myself cause internal angst, the person or entity, such as SARASOTA COUNTY GOVERNMENT, has committed a HATE CRIME AGAINST MYSELF.

For years SARASOTA COUNTY GOVERNMENT has tried to forcibly rape me into showing up for JURY DUTY, and I even sent two of my SOCIAL SECURITY CD’S outlining my FEDERALLY PROTECTED DISABILITIES to the supervisor of elections, and one to even JUDGE SILVERTOOTH? (Not sure of his / her name) and they only sent one of my SOCIAL SECURITY CD’S back, which means they have had access to my personal FEDERAL HIPAA information for over 7 years.

I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO SUE Sarasota County Government for disability discrimination as they by constantly attacking myself to become a juror, besides having DOCUMENTED LEG EDEMAS, IN BOTH of my legs, FAWCETT ER can validate that I went for an ultrasound and that I do not have any blood clots however my right leg is almost twice the size of my left leg, and my regular doctor, can validate that I am an insulin dependant diabetic, and my eye doctor can validate that due to one of my remaining cataracts that I am legally blind, so currently my wife of 25 years drives me everywhere, and when I get unduly whether it is all in my mind or not but when I get any type of stressors, due to the internal cortisol increase, my sugar level can go up a couple of hundred points without me eating anything. 

Why are they attacking me?
