HATE CRIME, NOLO, PERCEPTION AND POSTED ENTRY.  You know that I know that are not many attorneys that accept that my disabilities are real since most of those disabilities do not require me to roll around in a physical wheelchair (currently that is exactly what I am doing other than for short, very short walks to the corner on which we live, to walk our dogs with so much pain in my legs, right leg especially, but pain regardless) and the wheelchair that is between my right and left ear.  In order for any criminal act to be considered a HATE CRIME, ONE has to prove that they get physically affected by what that person sees, hears or anything WHICH TO BE REDUNDANT affects them physically.  So the next time you say BOO TO ANY one and were they to suffer internal problems and they were part of a distinct group of people.

I have Tourette and Aspergers Syndrome, & Intermittent Explosive Disorder, am legally blind in one eye, am an insulin dependent diabetic, and currently have crippling edemas in my lower legs which requires the use of a wheelchair other than for very short distances.  I have doctor’s notes, from all of my doctors, so much so that Sarasota County FL excused myself from Jury duty Dec 2, 2021.  Amazon hired me December 8, 2021 fully aware of that my fucking language and saying things inappropriately and my physical limitations were whom I was and the moment I tried to find out my schedule to work, they immediately put me on MEDICAL LEAVE and locked me out of the online system.  I only applied to get a job was that I knew they hired people in wheelchairs that had Federally protected Disabilities, and this was a way for me to supplement our income as I am on Social Security Disability for most of the above mentioned disabilities.
