Per the ADA (Americans with Disabilities >FEDERAL< ACT) regulations. The Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice is responsible for the enforcement of Title III of the ADA.(At the bottom is the new REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION statement I hand to everybody)
When any company fails to comply with any of the ADA public accommodation requirements, regardless of how minor or how severe the violation that retailer can be sued for disability discrimination via the DOJ first or an individual second.

I am required by law to say those words prior to saying hello, and I am also required by law like a fucking idiot to wait for the legal appropriate response to the words of Reasonable Accommodation. When I do not hear the appropriate legally mandated response(s) since I do per the US government have as one of my 104 US Government OCD classifications of disabilities, perception.
I have an United States Social Security Disability Impairment Code 2940 which is a combination of Tourette (use of Vulgar, fucking, God Damn, Piss, shit, Nigger, cunt, obscene, grotesque, motherfucking language) and Aspergers Syndrome (which the US Government actually put in writing that PERCEPTION of things, that is right bitch, if I think you are fucking with myself, it truly does not matter, if you in your feeble mind think you are not, then with perception and Aspergers Syndrome, I think you are fucking with myself then you are doing that). I also have several court orders wherein they were obtained by my attorney Paul DeCailly that state that I am not a legal danger to myself or to anyone including you, nor can I form the legal requisite intent to get angry.
Which means when I either state the words of Reasonable Accommodation otherwise known as Title 111 of the Americans with Disabilities Act or I hand it to somebody in this laminated paper form that if I do not hear the appropriate legal response(s) to the words Reasonable Accommodation (then I have medical proof and another court order that states when I do not hear that response(s) that is legally mandated to respond to), Title 111 of the ADA / AKA Reasonable Accommodation then the motherfucking people that do not respond how they are supposed to, to those words are responsible and medically proven that they are definitely responsible for provoking the fucking Tourettes out of myself and HATE.
I also have a documented sub – classification of IED (Intermittent Explosive Disorder) 132.34 – Verbal antagonistic outbursts which as the term intermittent means at any possible time wherein undue pressure is given due to real or perceived provocation. But there ain’t (bad English for a reason) no such thing as Verbal IED, you are either the guy in that Orlando night club or you are those boys from Columbine, and my perception that ASSHOLE in Parkland FL with 17 dead and over 100 maimed mentally. Since legally I am not a danger to myself or to anyone, you are now presented with a paradox, as that IED is also documented as part of my US Social Security Disabilities, and it is not to be inferred as a danger to an employee or anyone which at this point or even before you started to read this Reasonable Accommodation statement, your personal opinion of myself if you had one really does not fucking legally matter anymore.
My doctors, and I find that the lack of interaction with people wherein people initiate the interaction with myself as an individual as one of the triggers that causes outbursts. I specifically require as REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION that I be left (not disturbed when shopping) alone to shop and unless I need specific help and ask for it, to not instigate a situation with me. Otherwise, you are in violation of the ADA and violate my Civil Rights which can be considered part of the hate crime statute in the USA.
If you want proof in the form of my SOCIAL SECURITY CD of what my disabilities are then in addition to discriminating against my disabilities and then in addition you are violating my CIVIL RIGHTS, and my attorney for the last 8 years Paul DeCailly xxxxxxxxxx will handle our contact from that point on.

Reasonable Accommodation is title 111 of the ADA. Rocco was just shy of his 14th birthday on Friday 3/29/2019 when he was attacked by a pit bull right in the waiting room of our veterinarians office. The dog dragged Rocco 12 feet and it took both vets to get that dogs mouth off of Rocco’s face. By that time, although the vets were going to do an emergency operation but they had to wait because of the swelling where the Pit bull actually broke and ripped Rocco’s snout right off of his face. Whatever made Rocco who he was, was not there anymore. When we saw him, mentally he was gone.
Pily and I agreed to put him to sleep, but the senior veterinarian, said that he would not allow myself to do that. Since I am almost a holistic practitioner (all natural medicines), the doctor said there was nothing more he could do for Rocc’s kidneys. I gave the veterinarian, an instruction guide, of what to administer to Rocco, and how to get his kidney function back to when he was a young dog(I provided the vet with staged load doses of what he needed to take). The senior vet has told myself that he will continuously take care of Rocco, not that I cannot. I jokingly told my wife, Pily the only thing I was going to worry about was the Rocco might become the vets dog as all of the special treatment that he was getting from both vets and their staff. The vet lied and went as far to say that Rocco was happy and wagging his tail, which after we saw he today was nothing more than an autonomous response. Rocco mentally died at 338 on Friday.
If I did not have Asperger’s syndrome with most of the time an almost lack of empathy and practically all of the time no flexibility, then I would not b writing you right now.

Lisa,
Thank you for having Senator Nelsons office investigate and take care of all of the situations that I have sent so far over the last ten years. I want to thank you for today for his recent intervention in the US Post Office situation in Port Charlotte, FL.
The US Post office sent me an apology letter on September 27, 2013. The Suncoast District Consumer Affairs And Claims division let me know that follow-up actions to prevent a recurrence of this unfortunate situation.
Now my question today is that a Federal Postal Inspector who also is a police officer in a way visited me. And he warned me that I was unwelcome at the Post Office in Murdoch. Am I to understand Lisa that he was improperly informed as to the situation, which they say that they have corrected, and does that mean I can go there, as I do not want to violate a federal law enforcement officers legal order of trespass which was given inappropriately.
People are allowed to cry wolf but they are not allowed to violate a persons Civil Rights or the ADA and blatantly misuse any form of law enforcement to teach someone a lesson. In this case the so-called lesson was biased and improperly delivered to me.
I cannot change my disability impairment code of 2940 or subsection >312.34 – Intermittent Explosive Disorder< for myself let alone anyone else. Lisa I am including in this letter to you a letter that that I posted after the moderator for the site Bipolar burble – Natasha Tracy’s home online looked over what I wrote and made sure I did not say anything inappropriate. As I was surfing the Internet I came across a link about letting the world know that you are Bi-polar or any other mental classification as in my case that I am. I wrote about coming out of the closet as I did with you and everyone else on a different letter. The letter that you are going to read is in response to some people who think their life is miserable and many had stated that they wanted to die. I did not make light of their grief and pain but I took a firm hold of my situation and passed it onto them.

Fight back. You are a protected part of society as a whole. People that react to me and my disability which is one and the same, they are the ones that are disabled since they have a choice to not react to a situation, but they choose to retaliate against me and the disability which violates my civil rights and the ADA. Empower yourself. If you are like me you most likely were born different and due to the law concerning the American with Disabilities Act as of eight months ago I have stopped apologizing for my United States protected Disability Impairment code of 2940.
People that react to >me/my disability< including my wife and the local police departments are not trained enough on how to handle the onslaught of what comes out of my mouth due the disability. My wife has had twenty-two years of practice on learning how to handle me, as this disability needs only understanding and empathy from the people around me when it occurs.
I truly feel sorry for the people that react to me by arbitrarily in one example of changing my pass code on my cell phone to the word “FAGGOT” and charging me with $648 worth of calling cards however they made a conscious choice to react to my disability which if people that are disabled understand “Is a crime in the US”.
I am tired of people that have no earthly clue disabled or otherwise thinking that our disabilities are something to be ashamed of. They are not. After the passing of the ADA we are just as much a part of mainstream society as anyone that has an alternate lifestyle, which could mean that they are “nudists”, “Gay”, “Lesbian” or any myriad of niche groups.
We are America. Start associating with people that acknowledge what we are with respect to what we are. This is still America, those people that hold disdain for us in their hearts and minds can do so, and however as long as the ADA is there those people had better keep their thoughts to themselves.

I go to a holistic medical doctor already and after the results that my wife has seen, she is also going to the same doctor who is light years beyond mainstream doctors. Now her mom wants to go. I have maintained my sense of humor which does not mean I like what my disability does to unprepared people, but almost if I knew that my mother-in-law was going to come to visit four times a year and go to our doctor, because of what I now know and what the holistic doctor knows, I might not have gotten into this holistic medicine, not.
This is a path for me. I am not smug, but if I were not doing what I am doing now then this letter would not have been possible.

Hi this letter is not really for Senator Nelson’s office to do anything with other than to be made aware of the situation at hand. I was going to give a copy of my Social Security Impairment cd to Publix Grocery Store Corporate Headquarters but, and this is snide, after what has occurred over the years where people say I do one thing and something else has actually occurred and have gotten law enforcement whether local or Federal involved and blatantly allowed false accusations to arise in the form of either Trespass Warnings or alleged criminal charges appear.
I am getting tired of “IDIOTS” misinterpreting what I say when I say something but unlike what the gentleman who evaluated me specifically said about not being able to have or hold a complete thought. That specificity about my individualism is different when I can take the time to gather my thoughts via an outline and extrapolate or elucidate them in the form of a letter such as this.
Police Officers have a hard enough job as it is but and however when they base any form of charge or warning on the fact as an alpha dog (at least that is what he described himself as at the North Port Police Department) on the fact that they have never taken the time to find out the true story with me. All they and many other companies and agencies do is blatantly utilize the badge and gun to violate my Civil Rights and the ADA.
I can if necessary send you what I sent to the DOJ >Criminal Rights Division ADA alleged violations and potential criminal acts< and FDLE concerning the violations of all of my rights and my wife Maria Del Pilar Sanabria-Levitin. This almost constitutes a “HATE” crime as my disability is distinct in the fact that my personality, behavior, actions, and vulgar language are inseparable from each other. A hate crime is when you attack a specific caste of society of which I am in all by my lonesome. I have impairment code 2940 which among other things is a combination of Tourettes(I must be a fucking moron as when I wrote this review regardless of the fact I still put a “S” at the end of the Syndrome) and Aspergers syndrome and Social Security (SS) has tied in my personality, my actions , and my behavior to my disability which is protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Whether it is agreed on or not by the general populace, when you violate my civil rights while on disability you can be charged with a hate crime as it goes towards a caste of society since I have a distinct succinct disability wherein my situation I am the only one with this disability. Carol Crow?, one of the managers (941) 426-6672 violated my civil rights when then the advent of the Aspergers and Tourettes part of my disability comes out.
I tried to tell her that I have the specific disability written above and when I told her that I never have used vulgarity with her due to the Tourettes Syndrome she responded before I could say anything else are you threatening me? How stupid can any person be especially when I told Carol three times that I have that disability, her response was she did not know from any disability and she said I was making it all up. At that point she called the police on me to trespass me from the store after she purposely went out of her way to antagonize me and accelerate my lack of social interaction per the Aspergers syndrome which is part of my protected ADA rights.
Lisa, I have been in contact with Publix headquarters and their assistant to their chief legal Counsel Jennifer? Who is a Paralegal and has a Bachelors degree. She was also aghast when I first started talking to her about problems with their stores prior to getting trespassed but eventually she was told to back off by their upper level management and none of the situations that I have substantiated proof of were taken care of.
Lisa, as I said my impairment code of 2940 per Social Security is real. And my sub-classification of subsection >312.34 – Intermittent Explosive Disorder< are legitimately part of my disability of which you have a copy of my SS CD and proof thereof. I will not allow Publix or anyone else to violate my civil rights in the process of me shopping there. Any firm has the right to ask law enforcement to trespass anyone from their establishment but they cannot base their decision for said action on any person’s disability. Rudeness, crudeness, vulgar words, denigration, condescension, belligerence, obnoxiousness, abrasiveness, sarcastic and facetious are but a few of the characteristics of the disability, all documented in the CD.
I am in process of letting the world know anytime I talk to anyone as I start the conversation out I specifically tell/state REASONABLE ACCOMMODARION to them that I have impairment code 2940 with a brief description of what it is since Mark Alexander Secret Service Agent >Tampa FL Field Office 813.228.2636< has told me to because my disability is not visible, people must have knowledge of it in order for me to sue them. I had no intention of suing anyone, as that is not my nature. My nature is finding people that are in government that acknowledge that “PEOPLE” are insecure or otherwise are what staff these companies or agencies and bring whatever inadequacies to their attention so they are aware of what has transpired to potentially prevent it from occurring all over again.
I do not feel comfortable with anyone at the “GREAT PUBLIX” having access to my SS CD, but I do feel comfortable in having you, Lisa. Please be available to talk to anyone at Publix that is identifiable about my interactions with you at Senator Nelsons office and what is on my SS CD. Until what occurred at Publix with Carol Crow, I thought that the company was a great company.
Final note I am contacting the Criminal rights division of the DOJ about a potential hate crime concerning Publix, the North Port Police Department, and other companies, and agencies. The police cannot say we did not know, as they do not allow us ignorance of the law when they are investigating anything. Per the ADA (Americans with Disabilities >FEDERAL< ACT) regulations. The Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice is responsible for the enforcement of Title III of the ADA.
When a retailer fails to comply with any of the ADA public accommodation requirements, regardless of how minor or how severe the violation that retailer can be sued for disability discrimination.
I, Andrew Marc Levitin, have an United States Social Security Disability Impairment Code 2940 which is a combination of Tourrettes (use of Vulgar language) and Aspergers Syndrome. I also have a documented sub – classification of IED (Intermittent Explosive Disorder) – Verbal antagonistic outbursts which as the term intermittent means at any possible time wherein undue pressure is given due to real or perceived provocation.
I may say something inappropriate, but that is documented as part of my US Social Security Disability, and it is not to be inferred as a danger to an employee. My doctors, and I find that the lack of interaction with people wherein people initiate the interaction with myself as an individual as one of the triggers that causes outbursts. I specifically request as REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION that I be left (not disturbed when shopping) alone to shop and unless I need specific help and ask for it, to not instigate a situation with me. Otherwise, you are in violation of the ADA and violate my Civil Rights which can be a crime in the USA.
You can believe anything you want since you are an American Citizen but you will not violate my Reasonable Accommodation Request and direct your lack of understanding of my disability at me with the police as your baseball bat as the DOJ – Department Of Justice and their criminal rights division as my baseball bat.
