A RETALIATION and maybe a HATE CRIME

The North Police Department were @ my door several times on Monday June 15, 2020.

I did not answer the door.

What I did was to start calling criminal defense attorneys as I felt the only reason that they were @ my door was to arrest me for something that occurred over the course of the previous weekend  Two called me back.  A Mr. Miller from a private number & Eric Reisenger 941.554.2178.  I told Eric and Mr. Miller about my disabilities & how although you @ the DOJ may not believe that I really do get physically affected by what I see, read, hear or do not hear. 

Regardless I felt fear a lot of it so much so that when my 2 neighbors moved in, Joe and Karly & Walter & Marissa,  I told them 2 not b surprised if they c me pulling weeds @ 2AM that whenever my sugar gets 2 b around 200+ I do yard work 4 about 2 hours & when I pull weeds it will lower my sugar as much as 150 points which comes in handy when my level is 270+, but unless I take an insulin shot prior, it is a royal pain 2 c it only go down 28 points which to me is disheartening.  ANY person whose sugar goes above 250 that your kidneys stop working not permanently, but not work effectively, ergo, Ketoacidosis: Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) is a serious complication of type 1 diabetes and, much less commonly, of type 2 diabetes. DKA happens when your blood sugar is very high and acidic substances called ketones build up to dangerous levels in your body.

I told Eric who called me several x that what I just said 2 you @ the DOJ about doing yard work & that unless I could go outside 2 do some I was starving myself since my sugar was high & I had injected myself 4x with a total of 40 units in a 3 hour period.  Contrary 2 popular belief, you don’t just inject yourself & magically your sugar level goes down to a safe level.  Simply, all insulin does is 2 make sure all glucose goes where it is needed. 

Several, but 2 things apply 2 Aspergers & IED, the latter, is a disproportionate response due 2 real or perceived provocation, & with Aspergers, all that have it have 1 specific thing in common, we all say “I told you so”.  I was afraid for my life, so unless Eric could find out what was my arrest warrant 4 then I could not eat & to all of u non-believers about my disabilities & diabetes, not eating or starving yourself is a deadly dangerous way 2 lower your sugar.  You, the reader look it up as 4 the why as the DOJ only allows 4000 characters & this communiqué that I am sending is going 2 b around 35000 characters. So why would I starve myself, FEAR, like the word BOO, I really over think things, & yes I really can have a heart attack or a stroke, by getting scared.

The DOJ does not differentiate whether my fear of practically everything is caused by a disability or someone or a situation, person, whatever, the DOJ states whomever precipitated any act that causes death or irreparable harm when it is directed at any person based on RACE, CREED, COLOR, ETHNICITY, RELIGION, GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, OR DISABILITY,  I am a SMART-ASS & an ASSHOLE.  Per a doctor in writing: I am BELLIGERENT, OBNOXIOUS, SARCASTIC, FACETIOUS, PATRONIZING, & DENIGRATING which includes ABUSIVE & HARASSING MALEVOLENT, VINDICTIVE, which includes the words spiteful, rude & thousands of other synonyms & what I see, read, hear, or do not hear(when I do not hear the legal response to TITLE 111 of the ADA >REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION<), I get physically affected by it, whatever the it, is

Focusing on the word RUDE, when Mr. Miller also, a criminal defense attorney called me back he could not get off the fact that I was rude 2 his secretary 2 years ago and as far back as 10 years ago.  My response 2 he per 1 facet of my disabilities is that any response I give is based on REAL OR PERCEIVED PROVOCATION taken directly from THE  DSM 5. All of all his secretaries called me a liar, & said I do not have disabilities as ludicrous as I make them sound as the US Government says they are real.  I told this 2 Mr. Miller & said I have a disability named after myself as in the LEVITIN Syndrome, then I said fuck you asshole.  He hung up the phone. By that time Eric had told me that a call he had in2 a SGT @ the NPPD was supposed 2 call him back. When I  told Eric about the sugar situation, he called the North Port Police again.

When Rocco was attacked and killed by the PITBULL right in the waiting area of  the veterinary office, on a side note when I had 2 transplant my first PAPAYA tree that grew to over 30 feet, from a seed, one seed, which was blown over by high winds, I was distraught as I had nurtured that papaya tree from its very beginning.  I could not effectively do anything & it was almost 2 weeks before I could move on as it affected me so much.  I have pictures of all the trees I have grown from their very beginnings.

The father / son team of veterinarians were on the floor, the son on the floor used a glass rod ¾ an inch thick & 6 inches long that he shoved in that monsters mouth, which while it was breaking Rocco’s bone nose/snout off of his face, the son, used the rod to get the pitbulls mouth and my right had out that monsters mouth as he dragged Rocco and me 12 feet (Rocco was upside down).  The son-vet rammed the rod in so hard that (I am going to add this later). 

As far back as I can remember when we lived in Newark, NJ I have been the way that I am today, 6 years old, when I said FUCK you to someone for the first time, at the YMHA (@ 1 time it was called the Young Men’s Hebrew Association).

Pily (Maria del Pilar Sanabria-Cardona-Uribe-Levitin) & I got married on July 26, 1996 @ 5:00 PM within 6 weeks of meeting Pily,  while I had a job of picking up bagged live fish to take to the area Wal-Mart’s live pet fish section.  Years later I learned even if the water in those transport bags is perfectly PH balanced that when joined with other fish in any tank it could shock the existing fish & they & more than half of those in the bag would die also.  My district manager asked me if I would still marry Pily if she was not what I thought she was. 

I found out when I kissed her 4 the 1^st X and when I asked her about it she felt her emotions out loud & before she said to teach her, I asked her 2 marry me.  I know for a fact that she was what she said she was as @ midnight on the night we got married after we came back from an evening cruise her uncle & aunt (Arturo & Carmensa) gave us, I used a phone book to find a Jewish OB/GYN that spoke Spanish & since I did not have any experience with any girls that had no experience, I felt I needed her 2 speak 2 a DR that could help overcome any pain.  Including everything else he said 2 her “mucho practica”,  My DM at the time asked me if I still would marry her even if she was not that way and I said yes as even then & now I love Pily.

When I first met Pily I was working 4 a good company(all that give me jobs for what I can do and do not care if that I have non-dangerous mental disabilities R good companies) & I was living in a 1 BR apt on 11th St in Margate FL, Oakland Hills Apt’s, & after Pily & I got married, John the apt manager said a two BR 2 bath apt came available and we moved in.

From June 4th of 1996 to July 20th of 1997 I was working 4 Marinize Products in North Miami Beach, FL as a sales merchandiser, a job before there were hand held computers, a person whom whether they had extreme emotional and communication non dangerous mental disabilities would have to be able to see the subtle nuances in what sold and did not going as far back as Frito Lay.  Things and dogs for the most part R what I have an affinity to, people when they do understand me work well with me however due to the IED 132.34 I verbally explode on them like Corbin Sutter? An attorney who did give an hour on the phone however even he could not see my angst , or the turmoil I live with.  .

So how do I lose all of these good jobs?  I react 2 people who also have perception problems unlike my USA  approved perception disabilities, & don’t like me.  What, it has to be that, anything else as I still have the records & proof that I was number 1 in sales as a merchandiser with the companies I was @ as a sales merchandiser.

Customers should not have a say in anything I say as long as I do any job well and the sales are better than b4.  I got kicked out of an U-Totem once @ Frito and my RM did not fire me, Alonso, another rep & I traded stores.  A truck driver got hired 2 weeks b4 I & he cried and left the truck out on the route & went home.  The next day when I got the route, I called my DM & asked if I could go home after 11PM after starting @ 5AM.  A store Mgr @ Pantry pride on 79^th St & NW 7^th in  Miami by immigration checked my delivery order in 5x when I 1^st met him, as he didn’t trust delivery drivers, I wasn’t just any delivery driver I was myself as most people only know what is written negatively about me & only know negative things about my disabilities which back in the 80’s were personality quirks.

Mark Alexander, that Secret Service Agent when he said I was a Whistleblower, he did not know the half of it as I once flagged down a FHP officer on the Dolphin & showed him how if I wanted to turn on the Windshield Wipers in my Frito Truck I would have 2 move them by hand as they were not even hooked up.  He said he would come out 2 the DC in Medley the next morning & inspect all the trucks.  After that although I never ever got a really pretty looking truck, everything worked when I flipped a switch. 

That PP mgr that checked me in 5x the 1^st x I met him, I kept calling him from the truck repair shop & kept telling him I would stop there b4 I went home.  When I got there @ 8PM I told him the shelf was out & that I would b there 1^st thing the next morning.  He said no.  He said to bring it in right then & when I had kicked everything off the hand cart 2 get checked in, he just signed the invoice & store stamped it & said just 2 put it on the shelf.  Stupidly I questioned him & he said that he trusted me.

I had a reputation back then 4 being honest & gullible @ the same x as I had I had 5 Pantry P’s and yes although many of my stores did not check me in, If I was missing something from an order that I just delivered & there was a hole on the shelf where it was supposed 2 b, I always went back out to my truck to get the item(s).  Chew on this one, since I NEVER EVER seemed to get any of my 13 periods in a year ending inventories right, I could have sured up my missed inventory with the trust that all of my stores gave me.  Yes I ate stuff but not $175 – $325 a period for 13 periods.

As 4 blowing the whistles, I never blew it on Andy Gandonas I didn’t know that he was a Drug Dealer, from North Bay Village, an Officer that was caught unloading pencil boats right on the NB Village Police dock, but I used to give him 25 cent bags of chips as I did for all the cops on my route.  They only cost me 17 cents and no, the combination of what I ate & gave away did not total $175 – $325..

I have always misperceived situations as far back as when I went 2 Valdeen, in Elizabeth, NJ when I was 5-6 years old,  I knew I was different when I was 10 and I got sent to a special school as I did not fit in.

Whenever I have driven in the past I have had a PENCHANT 4 traffic accidents & 4 pissing people off while driving, (I am an all around non dangerous disability).  Since Pily is from South America whenever she sees police  @ her door she automatically opens the door especially when there R 4 uniformed officers @ her(our) door.  I pissed off another driver, 4 whatever reason & he started 2 chase me so I could not have him follow me 2 my next stop so I pulled in2 a big parking lot & started 2 drive around the whole lot in circles & after 5 x he jumped out of his car & put a garbage can so he could force me 2 stop, & when I just drove over the curb 2 get away from he, he still followed me & although I thought what he did was funny with the garbage can, I really didn’t think much of it as it happened 50x or more x as I averaged 750 stops a week.  I relayed the very same info to the dispatch call center @ 941.316.1201 for Police Fire Rescue & Animal Control.  A supervisor @ the call center, they do keep records, called the North Port Police Department & said I was hurting my wife & 4 cops came 2 our house when I was over 40 miles away @ the time & searched our house.

3 years earlier b4 we moved 2 North Port,  while driving on Clark Rd & Beneva, my vehicle & I hit a Beneva Florist Van, which I relayed the very same info 2 the call center dispatched an additional SARASOTA SHERIFF’S officer to talk 2 me & tell me 2 b more nice 2 their dispatch operators,  What, DOJ, I have if you had actually taken the x 2 really read what I have sent 2 you numerous x, is that I keep really good records.

A pattern you think maybe, & since I am always true to myself, that would b a far distant reach assuming you could think.  A pattern of abuse, within SARASOTA county.  Wait there is more 2 come.

Referring back 2 “The North Police Department were @ my door several times on Monday June 15, 2020.  I did not answer the door.”  One of my neighbors whom has two dogs, while I was pruning an incessant creeping vine from my fence, 1 of the two, the younger 1, although not jumping the fence came over 2 jumped up & licked my nose & then I saw the older 1 @ the bottom of the chain link so I got down & scratched her chin through the fence.  Then I got up & I went back 2 pruning which I was 18-20 inches away from my neighbors fence when I screamed Son of a Bitch, she bit me.  On the outer of my shirt on my right rear upper arm,  My neighbor did ask if I was okay 3x & I said I could not tell since I had cataracts of which that neighbor knew I have had since December of 2019, &  I said even if I could see where she bit me, it was on the back of my upper right arm.

Now keep up with me DOJ, the animal control officer that was a lady that originally wrote that Rocco, that attacked the Pitbull that killed him in March of 2019, I thought was the same one that was coming 2 our door, & once I got it in2 anything but my pea brain that she was the one, that filed a false animal control report about where the PITBULL WAS BITTEN.

I called back 941.316.1201 SARASOTA dispatch & spoke 2 David 2 more x & George 3 more x .  After speaking 2 Ray the Call Center Operations Manager whom repetitiously asked me my name, I told him that I was going 2 call the NPPD, & IF SHE WAS THE SAME OFFICER THAT LIED ON THE REPORT ABOUT Rocco, that I was going to have the Standby officer trespass her from my property,

When I called NPPD back they told me that there was a NPPD officer on the way & when I didn’t get the chance 2 actually request them myself it did not take being a rocket scientist 2 know that RAY had called NPPD & said some untrue things about me.

When the animal control officer showed up with NPPD in tow I would not open the door which she said PLEASE  come on out & talk.  I refused.  She said she could not hear me when I gave her my number 941.275.3004 through the door. She heard it quite clear & then she called me from her number 941.780.7547.  I still refused to talk to her outside while NPPD was there.  So maybe now you @ the DOJ can somewhat believe about how Officer Ryan Curry followed me from the Venice police department to the NPPD.  He & I had 2 interactions with each other, 1 of which was when I felt lightheaded and I was heading 2 PUBLIX 2 get a piece of chicken, 

The Lt had an emergency vehicle come & test my sugar by the book, however I was in the normal range for any person 70-120, but that doesn’t change my feeling of lightheadedness.  I was acting on a need to keep me healthy & like the term of Reasonable Accommodation & when I think someone is fucking with me as 4 my new 1^st of its kind diagnosis, if I think someone is fucking with me, as long as it physically affects me then per your own words at the DOJ that, the whomever, has committed a Hate crime against myself.

When I originally spoke 2 David @ the Sarasota dispatch although he tried to correct himself after I said thank you 2 he 4 laughing with myself as compared to laughing @ me,  What, DOJ, I CAN tell the difference.  I said how come after I stated Reasonable Accommodation that it was amazing that when I blurt out words without screaming due 2 the TOURETTE, like bitch, cunt, nigger, how people whom say they cannot hear me then react to those words that amazingly they can now hear me.,

I know a guy who used to work for Sarasota County Government who showed me the letter that ALL employees got from Mr. Roddy.  It is on my computer somewhere & your forensic people have my permission 2 find it as I cannot, however in that different response that ALL those employees got,  it said that those employees would get written up or as much as get fired 4 not complying with what Mr. Roddy said.

I hope U R keeping up with myself as on Monday I called Charles Wexler the manager @ 941.861.5000 (Sarasota County Call Center, nothing to do with 941.316.1201 however as much as Charlie does not like my disabilities, they do not affect him as far as I can tell and ALL OF HIS RECORDED INTERACTIONS WITH MYSELF will not go missing as they most assuredly WILL go missing with the sheriff’s office, and with the Sarasota County Animal Control & asked why they sent the NPPD 2 my door 2 reiterate what criminal defense attorney Eric Reisenger said that when the NPPD Sgt got back

I ALSO TOLD Charlie the whole story AND SAID TO HE THAT I DID NOT WANT TO GET officer Mackie 941.780.7547, the animal control officer in trouble as she did state 2 myself how she did not start until September of 2019, while she was on a call that another officer took over 4 her while she as she did say that she was not computer literate & she said she would try 2 swing back to talk to the owner of Cassidy a non-Licensed unregistered Hound Pit mix that was also UNVACCINATED.

She went into the veterinarians records & found out this info after with her help I went to voter records and found out that Joseph Tichacek, a Corrections Officer whom although he does not carry a gun on the job, after what I told him what happened to ROCCO, he responded that he would blow the pitbull that was attacking Bella, she’s the one that cannot jump any more & when she was sick I gave Joe some frozen chicken broth to calm Bellas stomach since he had her on a new food,  he would blow its head off of which I responded that when a pitbull locks its jaw just killing the attacker does not cause it 2 release its grip (look it up 4 yourself, what I read a lot) 29 & CARLY  HUNTER 26.  When I 1^st met Carly, she told me they were together for 11 years.  Until I had Officer Mackie on the phone that night, I did not even know Joes last name or for that matter that they were getting married on Search Results

Until the NPPD came 2 our door & until I found out that I was not getting arrested

Until I spoke to Charles Wexler, I had a fleeting thought to gift them for their wedding, & I was going to go over there to say that I could not as I was getting a ticket from Animal Control.  Do the math Carly & Joe have been together since she was 15.

I told Mackie not 2 say anything & she reminded me if I went 2 a doctor that she would get involved whether I liked it or not.  BTW, Pily, my wife took a picture of my bite and sent it 2 her office cell 941.780.7547.  Now I cannot go to the doctor as Cassidy might not only get quarantined but put down.  Not going to have that thought on my shoulders

Plus Joe carries a gun which I told Mackie that although I am not afraid of Joe, I am afraid of that GUN. Lastly although I did indeed make a promise to not report what Mackie & Cassidy did I told another supervisor @ 941.316.1201 Char, short 4 Charlene that I never gave Charlie the go ahead 2 report it.  I know why I am this way, what is their excuse 4 fucking with me.  Although I told Char that I was going to call Charlie I would say to he to follow through on what I told him about but only if I know Cassidy does not get put 2 Sleep.  I told Char on Tuesday that I made the call 2 Charlie on Monday when I spoke 2 her on Tuesday.

They r not going 2 stop until they kill me, 

Just in case I am getting three 3, copies of my doctors note saying I am an INSULIN DEPENDENT DIABETIC.  Another by the way you need to get involved in the following, drinking water DOES NOT LOWER YOUR SUGAR.  How many people have to die because insulin dependent diabetics will have seizures or may go blind because u the DOJ won’t get off your GOD DAMN ASS & do something.  That Dr’s note is not going to protect me only the DOJ can as this is a HATE Crime.  Really I would like to stay alive and not be in fear for my life especially for what has happened here.

Corbin I apologize.  I am not apologizing for who I am, however when I said that your services were no longer needed, Mia(see attached pictures) Rocco’s best friend Nia died due to botched operation & I got trespassed from the animal clinic.  The veterinarian got fired 3 years later as Mia was not the only  dog he killed.  Eric Reingenger told me I have a reputation. 

Please help me Pily, & Rocco.

If you cannot or are not willing don’t worry as you are just in a very long line of people who only see my reputation.

to Thomas On Tuesday, June 23, 2020, Calle?, from Sarasota Animal Control Services called and left a permanent visual voicemail unlike a regular message that drops off in 2 weeks and said that Gracie not Cassidy Joes unvaccinated dog that bit me was showing no signs of rabies.   The only reason that I can come up why they took the dog away from Joe and Karly without me even signing a complaint was that I told Char that Charlie would endeavor to get Officer Mackie into looking for a new job.   On a side note Sir due to the fact of whom I am when I did a backflip in that Motel 6 tub in Atlanta Ga, when I went to the ER in Atlanta due to whom I am, I could not get treatment for the pain.  I bumped up my intake of Cayenne/Capsaicin, Ginger Root, White Willow Bark/Salycin>, natural aspirin<pain  and Turmeric w/bioperine , but since I use between 7 to 10 grams a day of Milk Thistle yes I know that its efficacy taps out at 4 grams, but the added Milk Thistle prevented all the extra sup 3x a day 8 grams each one, from harming my liver.  On the deck page for TEGRETOL it specifies that Milk Thistle stops TEGRETOL from working.  That was the time after Dr. Mullen whom I said to he that for he to write me a prescription for TEGRETOL, that I would try to somewhat fit in.   Marvin and Dr. Mullen were aware of what happened in that Atlanta ER,  When Rocco got killed with my right hand in that monster’s mouth per Marvin that I should get a TETANUS SHOT, I could not go get one based on whom I am.   So if you can do something, that would be great.  Who I am is not out in left field, I am out of the ballpark.   Sincerely yours, Andy Levitin.

Which means when I either state the words of Reasonable Accommodation otherwise known as Title 111 of the Americans with Disabilities Act or I hand it to somebody in this laminated paper form that if I do not hear the appropriate legal response(s) to the words Reasonable Accommodation (then I have medical proof and another court order that states when I do not hear that response(s) that is legally mandated to respond to), Title 111 of the ADA / AKA Reasonable Accommodation then the motherfucking people that do not respond how they are supposed to, to those words are responsible and medically proven that they are definitely responsible for provoking the fucking Tourette out of myself and HATE.

My doctors, and I find that the lack of interaction with people wherein people initiate the interaction with myself as an individual as one of the triggers that causes outbursts.  I specifically require as REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION that I be left (not disturbed when shopping) alone to shop and unless I need specific help and ask for it, to not instigate a situation with me.  Otherwise, you are in violation of the ADA and violate my Civil Rights which can be considered part of the hate crime statute in the USA.

Now I am making a supposition that my non-dangerous disabilities are so wearing on my wife, that those disabilities that I have are causing my wife’s short & long term memory loss. Rocco was just shy of his 14th birthday on Friday 3/29/2019 when he was attacked by a pit bull right in the waiting room of our veterinarians office.  The dog dragged Rocco 12 feet and it took both vets to get that dogs mouth off of Rocco’s face.  By that time, although the vets were going to do an emergency operation but they had to wait because of the swelling where the Pit bull actually broke and ripped Rocco’s snout right off of his face.  Whatever made Rocco who he was, was not there anymore.  When we saw him, mentally he was gone.

Pily and I agreed to put him to sleep, but the senior veterinarian, said that he would not allow myself to do that.  Since I am almost a holistic practitioner (all natural medicines), the doctor said there was nothing more he could do for Rocc’s kidneys.  I gave the veterinarian, an instruction guide, of what to administer to Rocco, and how to get his kidney function back to when he was a young dog(I provided the vet with staged load doses of what he needed to take).  The senior vet has told myself that he will continuously take care of Rocco, not that I cannot.  I jokingly told my wife, Pily the only thing I was going to worry about was the Rocco might become the vets dog as all of the special treatment that he was getting from both vets and their staff.  The vet lied and went as far to say that Rocco was happy and wagging his tail, which after we saw he today was nothing more than an autonomous response. Rocco mentally died at 338 on Friday.

If I did not have Asperger’s syndrome with most of the time an almost lack of empathy and practically all of the time no flexibility, then I would not b writing you right now.

Lisa,

Thank you for having Senator Nelsons office investigate and take care of all of the situations that I have sent so far over the last ten years.  I want to thank you for today for his recent intervention in the US Post Office situation in Port Charlotte, FL.

The US Post office sent me an apology letter on September 27, 2013.  The Suncoast District Consumer Affairs And Claims division let me know that follow-up actions to prevent a recurrence of this unfortunate situation.

Now my question today is that a Federal Postal Inspector who also is a police officer in a way visited me.  And he warned me that I was unwelcome at the Post Office in Murdoch.  Am I to understand Lisa that he was improperly informed as to the situation, which they say that they have corrected, and does that mean I can go there, as I do not want to violate a federal law enforcement officers legal order of trespass which was given inappropriately. 

People are allowed to cry wolf but they are not allowed to violate a persons Civil Rights or the ADA and blatantly misuse any form of law enforcement to teach someone a lesson.  In this case the so-called lesson was biased and improperly delivered to me.

I cannot change my disability impairment code of 2940 or subsection >312.34 – Intermittent Explosive Disorder< for myself let alone anyone else.  Lisa I am including in this letter to you a letter that that I posted after the moderator for the site Bipolar burble – Natasha Tracy’s home online looked over what I wrote and made sure I did not say anything inappropriate.  As I was surfing the Internet I came across a link about letting the world know that you are Bi-polar or any other mental classification as in my case that I am.  I wrote about coming out of the closet as I did with you and everyone else on a different letter.  The letter that you are going to read is in response to some people who think their life is miserable and many had stated that they wanted to die.  I did not make light of their grief and pain but I took a firm hold of my situation and passed it onto them.

Fight back. You are a protected part of society as a whole. People that react to me and my disability which is one and the same, they are the ones that are disabled since they have a choice to not react to a situation, but they choose to retaliate against me and the disability which violates my civil rights and the ADA. Empower yourself. People that react to >me/my disability< including my wife and the local police departments are not trained enough on how to handle the onslaught of what comes out of my mouth due the disability. My wife has had seventeen years of practice on learning how to handle me, as this disability needs only understanding and empathy from the people around me when it occurs. 

I truly feel sorry for the people that react to me by arbitrarily in one example of changing my pass code on my cell phone to the word “FAGGOT” and charging me with $648 worth of calling cards however they made a conscious choice to react to my disability which if people that are disabled understand “Is a crime in the US”.

I am tired of people that have no earthly clue disabled or otherwise thinking that our disabilities are something to be ashamed of. They are not. After the passing of the ADA we are just as much a part of mainstream society as anyone that has an alternate lifestyle, which could mean that they are “nudists”, “Gay”, “Lesbian” or any myriad of niche groups.

We are America. Start associating with people that acknowledge what we are with respect to what we are. I have maintained my sense of humor which does not mean I like what my disability does to unprepared people, but almost if I knew that my mother-in-law was going to come to visit four times a year and go to our doctor, because of what I now know and what the holistic doctor knows, I might not have gotten into this holistic medicine, not.

This is a path for me. I am not smug, but if I were not doing what I am doing now then this letter would not have been possible.

Hi this letter is not really for Senator Nelson’s office to do anything with other than to be made aware of the situation at hand.  I was going to give a copy of my Social Security Impairment cd to Publix Grocery Store Corporate Headquarters but, and this is snide, after what has occurred over the years where people say I do one thing and something else has actually occurred and have gotten law enforcement whether local or Federal involved and blatantly allowed false accusations to arise in the form of either Trespass Warnings or alleged criminal charges appear.

I am getting tired of “IDIOTS” misinterpreting what I say when I say something but unlike what the gentleman who evaluated me specifically said about not being able to have or hold a complete thought.  That specificity about my individualism is different when I can take the time to gather my thoughts via an outline and extrapolate or elucidate them in the form of a letter such as this. 

Police Officers have a hard enough job as it is but and however when they base any form of charge or warning on the fact as an alpha dog (at least that is what he described himself as at the North Port Police Department) on the fact that they have never taken the time to find out the true story with me.  All they and many other companies and agencies do is blatantly utilize the badge and gun to violate my Civil Rights and the ADA.

I have impairment code 2940 which among other things is a combination of Tourettes and Aspergers syndrome and Social Security (SS) has tied in my personality, my actions , and my behavior to my disability which is protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  Whether it is agreed on or not by the general populace, when you violate my civil rights while on disability you can be charged with a hate crime as it goes towards a caste of society since I have a distinct succinct disability wherein my situation I am the only one with this disability.  Carol Crow?, one of the managers

I tried to tell her that I have the specific disability written above and when I told her that I never have used vulgarity with her due to the Tourettes Syndrome she responded before I could say anything else are you threatening me?  How stupid can any person be especially when I told Carol three times that I have that disability, her response was she did not know from any disability and she said I was making it all up.  At that point she called the police on me to trespass me from the store after she purposely went out of her way to antagonize me and accelerate my lack of social interaction per the Aspergers syndrome which is part of my protected ADA rights.

Lisa, I have been in contact with Publix headquarters and their assistant to their chief legal Counsel Jennifer? Who is a Paralegal and has a Bachelors degree.  She was also aghast when I first started talking to her about problems with their stores prior to getting trespassed but eventually she was told to back off by their upper level management and none of the situations that I have substantiated proof of were taken care of.  

Lisa, as I said my impairment code of 2940 per Social Security is real.  And my sub-classification of subsection >312.34 – Intermittent Explosive Disorder< are legitimately part of my disability of which you have a copy of my SS CD and proof thereof.  I will not allow Publix or anyone else to violate my civil rights in the process of me shopping there.  Any firm has the right to ask law enforcement to trespass anyone from their establishment but they cannot base their decision for said action on any person’s disability.  Rudeness, crudeness, vulgar words, denigration, condescension, belligerence, obnoxiousness, abrasiveness, sarcastic and facetious are but a few of the characteristics of the disability, all documented in the CD. 

I am in process of letting the world know anytime I talk to anyone as I start the conversation out I specifically tell them that I have impairment code 2940 with a brief description of what it is since Mark Alexander Secret Service Agent >Tampa FL Field Office 813.228.2636< has told me to because my disability is not visible, people must have knowledge of it in order for me to sue them.  I had no intention of suing anyone, as that is not my nature.  My nature is finding people that are in government that acknowledge that “PEOPLE” are insecure or otherwise are what staff these companies or agencies and bring whatever inadequacies to their attention so they are aware of what has transpired to potentially prevent it from occurring all over again.

I do not feel comfortable with anyone at the “GREAT PUBLIX” having access to my SS CD, but I do feel comfortable in having you, Lisa.  Please be available to talk to anyone at Publix that is identifiable about my interactions with you at Senator Nelsons office and what is on my SS CD.  Until what occurred at Publix with Carol Crow, I thought that the company was a great company.

Final note I am contacting the Criminal rights division of the DOJ about a potential hate crime concerning Publix, the North Port Police Department, and other companies, and agencies.  The police cannot say we did not know, as they do not allow us ignorance of the law when they are investigating anything.  They have a tough job, but they are not going to walk on me in the process of doing their job.

Per the ADA (Americans with Disabilities >FEDERAL< ACT) regulations.  The Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice is responsible for the enforcement of Title III of the ADA.

When a retailer fails to comply with any of the ADA public accommodation requirements, regardless of how minor or how severe the violation that retailer can be sued for disability discrimination.

I, Andrew Marc Levitin, have an United States Social Security Disability Impairment Code 2940 which is a combination of Tourrettes (use of Vulgar language) and Aspergers Syndrome.  I also have a documented sub – classification of IED (Intermittent Explosive Disorder) – Verbal antagonistic outbursts which as the term intermittent means at any possible time wherein undue pressure is given due to real or perceived provocation. 

I may say something inappropriate, but that is documented as part of my US Social Security Disability, and it is not to be inferred as a danger to an employee.  My doctors, and I find that the lack of interaction with people wherein people initiate the interaction with myself as an individual as one of the triggers that causes outbursts.  I specifically request as REASONABLE ACCOMODATION that I be left (not disturbed when shopping) alone to shop and unless I need specific help and ask for it, to not instigate a situation with me.  Otherwise, you are in violation of the ADA and violate my Civil Rights which can be a crime in the USA.

Describe the acts of discrimination *:	ANTONIA HAYES REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION VIOLATIONS—I & the court have proof that I was born wherein I get physically affected when I get verbally/visually attacked like watching our baby boy dog Rocco get killed right in front of myself on Friday March 29, 2018 @ 3:38 PM by a pit bull right in the waiting area of our veterinarians office-Social Security says with short term memory loss that I cannot remember if I locked or closed the front/back/ garage doors yet I have been watching a video in my mind repetitiously Rocco getting his bone nose broken off his face of his face and his eyes bulged out while being dragged upside down in the veterinarians office-I was diagnosed as a Type 2 diabetic in 2001-Until I saw and still see Rocco getting killed over and over again in my mind I did not eat right for 3 months and I was hospitalized in June 2019 due the emotional turmoil and my level actually getting 2 be (documented) 720-Why I am still alive is that part of my new, 1stt of its kind, diagnosis that my doctor gave myself in writing, 1that the world has never seen b4 is that like a runners high, dopamine gets released in my brain when I due 2 my perception disability get provoked which stopped the cortisol from shutting down all of my/your organs which it always does as a protective measure when your sugar is that high-Watching Rocco get killed minute by minute day by day has got me on insulin now-I hate needles, and although that may sound funny & belligerent at the same time, however that new diagnosis allows for all synonyms including the word HATE also includes the following of which is what the doctor, a criminal forensic psychiatrist who ran all of the Social Security handicap (it was called handicapped b4 disability) division of the US Government when he worked there years ago, of which per the new diagnosis, the Dr based the 1st of its kind on is that I was born where I get physically affected when I get verbally/visually attacked: I am Vulgar, Belligerent, Obnoxious Patronizing, Facetious, Sarcastic Denigrating, Abusive and Harassing, normally denoting some form of an action as in a form of an Adverb, Verb, Adjective, or Preposition, R ALL Nouns in my case describing how I am when provoked-Practically everything depending on my perception which comes directly from the Aspergers Syndrome taken directly from the DSM 5 (Diagnostic Service Manual) a disproportionate response due 2 real or perceived provocation-Which in my case results in metabolic changes as extreme as heart attacks and strokes based on what I hear, or I think I heard-Visual stimulation is way far worse like watching ROCCO get murdered right in front of myself in the waiting room of my veterinarians office. With Aspergers, I supposedly have little or no emotion as it is repressed yet I stuck my hand into the 60 pound Pit Bulls mouth trying to get that monster off of Rocco-I have been reliving what happened 2 Rocco that I am still in shock that my sugar went from around 130 to 720 If when I get angry that the same type of release of Dopamine (a runners high) in my brain did not come out, that I would have died or have been in a coma-Due 2 that level of glucose I still had Limbic seizures (97 of them) in just over one day, documented and verified by an emergency room doctor at Fawcett Medical Center in Port Charlotte Florida-I have court orders stating: I am not a danger to myself or anyone including society-Another court order states I cannot form the legal intent to get angry nor legally agree to predatory lenders whom take advantage of my infirmness and although I can barely function in public I have an extremely hard time fitting in and I believe that any society will accept the rights of the individual as I have the right to exist. Reasonable Accommodation Michelle.  There were some things about the application process that were discriminatory and although you might question myself meeeeeeshellll, that in itself would not be a wise thing to do meeeeshell since, I, per the US government was actually born with a PERCEPTION disability and just in case I am derogatory or belligerent then my attorney Paul DeCailly knows that I cannot hurt myself or anyone as he got that court ruling and he also got that ruling that says I  do not have the ability to form the intent to get angry,

Meeshell he also got a court order / ruling that say when I do not hear the proper Legal (that is right meeeeeeeeeshel there really is a proper legal response to those words) response to the words of Reasonable Accommodation which also happens to be Title 111 of the ADA then the person I say it too, ergo you is per the court ruling the one that provokes my Tourettes to come out and play.  That persons lack of the response or maybe they just feel that the ADA rules and regs do not apply to them.  Whatever, the case they are the ones that provoke myself so much that when Tourettes comes out to play he/it brings  along its friend of Verbal Intermittent Explosive Disorder.  By the way there is no such thing called Verbal IED but only IED.

When any company or retailer fails to comply with any of the ADA public accommodation requirements, regardless of how minor or how severe the violation that retailer can be sued for disability discrimination via the DOJ first or an individual second.

Attorney Paul Decailly (727) 288-5135.  He was the attorney that I had on my criminal case where I was not found not guilty or guilty.  Not Dismissed with or without prejudice, but NOLLE PROSEQUI – I should not have been arrested in the first place since I do not have the legal intent to get angry nor am I a danger to myself or anyone.  Thank God that I keep extremely good records.

Now that I have medical documentation to solidify every time there is adverse reactions to myself and my disabilities and my Civil Rights get violated, all I have to do is to get a Transient ischemic attack test – heart rhythm disorder commonly found in patients who have had a stroke done within 48 hours.  Bitch, and to all of you fucking cunts that (cunts can be guys too) that do not accept my disabilities, the DOJ and my attorney will have a fucking field day with you for the fact that, that test proves and shoves irreparable harm down my throat and the stuff that I use of which my attorney and brother-in-law whom is a judge know that I use it (58 items) is not going to get used to help me live longer but to potentially offset the shit that you did Current Regional Director Joe Taylor ( his wife-Jennifer is not exempt as she too is a store manager under him.  Motherfuckers, by not accepting my disabilities when I say Reasonable Accommodation to warn people in advance that these are my disabilities.

Hell, if I were to take the Transient ischemic attack test right now at 2:45AM Tuesday August 11, 2015 I would guarantee you that due to my disabilities by relieving what occurred by Yelp.com which is why the vulgarity popped out while writing this.  It would show that I suffered from irreparable harm.  Motherfuckers your ass is going to jail and all of your livelihood will disappear, you fucking bastards.  

In order for any incident to be considered a criminal act instead of just a civil act one must prove that there is life threatening or metabolic changes occurring in an individual or death for that criminal act to be filed under the Hate Crime statute.  I am the only documented case in US history that will have a Heart Attack or Stroke when people screw with me verbally and mentally.  Mental Torture is against the Geneva Convention.

Sergeant Allenbaugh of the Port Charlotte, FL Sheriffs Office is also guilty of the Bull Shit that I had to put up with from Capital One and their overseas customer service representatives like Sergeant Allenbaugh think that they are exempt from Federal Laws concerning the ADA as do the people who work at Mason Shoe Company, JAN or Verizon or the North Port, FL Police Department.

Reasonable Accommodation

I have a United States Social Security Disability Impairment Code 2940 which is a combination of Tourrettes (use of Vulgar  Obscene, Grotesque language) and Aspergers Syndrome.

I also have a documented sub – classification of IED (Intermittent Explosive Disorder) 132.34 – Verbal antagonistic outbursts which as the term intermittent means at any possible time wherein undue pressure is given due to real or perceived provocation.   

I may say something inappropriate, but that is documented as part of my US Social Security Disability, and it is not to be inferred as a danger to an employee.  My doctors, and I find that the lack of interaction with people wherein people initiate the interaction with myself as an individual as one of the triggers that causes outbursts.   

I specifically require as REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION that I be left (not disturbed when shopping) alone to shop and unless I need specific help and ask for it, to not instigate a situation with me.  Otherwise, you are in violation of the ADA and violate my Civil Rights which can be considered part of the hate crime statute in the USA. 

A crime is an act deemed to be illegal, it becomes a hate crime when it is motivated by bias or prejudice against a person or people perceived to be a part of a group, and that is intended to induce fear, scare, terrify or cause psychological harm.  Victims of hate crimes often continue to feel threatened long after an attack due to being targeted simply because of who they are.  These crimes victimize everyone – individuals and our entire community.

Purposely Antagonize me as Tom Berry at Pest Bear did and numerous others have done and many inappropriate words will come out when all you and anybody could have easily just accepted the Federal law in the first place and not just mouthed the words of “What are your Reasonable Accommodation(s)” but actually took those five words to heart and accepted that even the part of my disability of Vulgar language makes me part of the USA.  The really sad thing is that Jack Drew’s daughter has disabilities too and that based on how he has treated me he is not the greatest father figure for her due to her disabilities.

Ebay and over 1,000,000 other sites (personally I have gone to at least 40,000 sites including yours) that all seem to have one thing in common.  A code of Conduct where objectionable or in the writers eye, words that are Vulgar, obscene, grotesque, denigrating, belligerent, abusive, plus other, and that motherfucking buck stops here in the god damn sand. 

Your site wants me to sign up which is no biggee, not what offends or antagonizes me.  When all of you assholes wrote your policies on what will get anybody thrown off of their specific sites, my Vulgar Language and the abusiveness that is associated with it and the USA impairment codes (See above) did not exist anywhere in the USA let alone the world bitch.  You publicly violate my Civil Rights and there are legal repercussions associated with doing so now.

No Place in The United States Of America is allowed to make a policy that violates the ADA as YELP and many others have done which they could not prevent as my disabilities did not exist at the moment they made their policies, however after they knew that these were my disabilities for the existing sites that have their original policies still in place after the fact makes them subjective to a criminal act as they knew what my disabilities were and blatantly disregarded the Federal Government and the ADA.
