I follow the laws of the United States of America to a T.  I hope you people that read what I will write evokes a response out of you as it only goes to show that you think with your emotions rather than with substantiated proof.

Read all of the correspondence that occurred between the seller and me.  Be aware eBay that I keep a record of every correspondence that I send to everyone and although I learned yesterday that since I did not opt out by sending you something in writing I cannot sue you, there are other legal ways as a customer that I can make any retailer or site capitulate when they are in the wrong.  For example DOJ ya know the Department of Justice and the counterfeit coupons that were sold on your site even after I gave one of your people a legitimate tour of the CIC site -Coupon Information Corporation which I also showed that one of the sellers that gave me credit for the counterfeit coupons was still selling their time to collect them on your site after they were warned by me that they were breaking the law.

Remember the term whistle blower – I practice every day to be the best.  Now getting back to the legal ways I can get retailers or sites such as yours to capitulate.    Let’s see not many people give great regard to the RipoffReport.com.  PissedOffConsumer.com is gaining great momentum.  TheConsumerist.com is also on its way up.  What do you think of my chances of getting The Bloomberg Report at Bloomberg.com involved?  Nah, they will not get involved unless there was someone that kept impeccable records and could provide substantiated proof of all of the stuff (notice how I easily shifted there) that has occurred with me.  What is that old saying, it is a biblical verse – “How the mighty have fallen in battle!”  I do not appreciate what idiots do on your site under the guise that you “eBay” are all knowing and you act as a referee that does not obey the laws of the United States of America in the process of mediating between the sellers and buyers.  Your site has gotten too top heavy and either you adapt to what I say or outside forces besides me will come down on you so hard you will think at point what could I have done to prevent the situation.  Duh now.  Remember this correspondence.  Ciao.

I have been attacked mentally over and over again as no one that is not in the medical field will believe that a form of Tourettes and Aspergers syndrome – explosive non-violent verbal temper outbursts is real.  Everyone I have come across always believes that my personality or behavior is separate from my disability.  It is not. The purpose of these laws is to ensure that covered programs are as accessible to persons with disabilities as they are to nondisabled individuals.

You Pea- brained little people that sell have a moral and fiducial obligation to obey the laws of the USA when you sell as you call us verbally offensive buyers.  I do not know about everyone else that uses vulgar language but I can speak for myself with documented and substantiated proof that specifically relates to Aspergers and Tourettes.
